I Host Apartment - Brioschi 55

Wonderful one-bedroom apartment south of Milan, in the Famagosta neighborhood. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, whether short or medium term. The public transportation stop is a 4-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- 🍽️ KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, kettle, coffee maker and various pantries.
- 🛋️ LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, TV, large mirror, table with chairs, French window with access to balcony and air conditioning.
-🌛 DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, coat rack, window with curtains, air conditioning.From the room there is then access to the apartment's bathroom.
- 🚿BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and window.

The apartment is in the southern part of Milan. The Famagosta neighborhood is very well served by bars, clubs, restaurants, tobacco shops, pharmacies and grocery markets.
Less than a 10-minute walk from the apartment is the famous Naviglio Grande, which leads to Milan's Darsena, a hot spot for nightlife.
The apartment is in a quiet area that allows for a pleasant stay while being well connected to the city's strategic points.
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The transportation stop is about a 4-minute walk from the apartment and provides easy access to all major stops in the city.
The Central Train Station can be reached by public transportation in 35 minutes, by car in only 20 minutes.
Piazza Duomo can be reached in 15 minutes by Tram 12.
Linate Airport is about 35 minutes away by Milanese public transport, or by car in only 20 minutes.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).
A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
