Wonderful apartment in Monza, on Lazio street. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate 6 people thanks to the two rooms with double bed and sofa bed in the large living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Free and free parking along the street.

The apartment consists of:

- 🛋️ LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, TV, furniture, table with chairs, large window, air conditioning and access to outdoor balcony.

- 🚿BATHROOM 1: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, bathtub and window.

The apartment is located in a strategic and quiet area of Monza, allowing easy access to the city's main points of interest. Just a few minutes away is the historic center of Monza, with its famous Piazza Trento e Trieste, the Monza Cathedral, and the Arengario, iconic landmarks of the city.
Monza is renowned for its majestic Parco di Monza, one of the largest enclosed parks in Europe, perfect for walks, sports, and outdoor relaxation. Within the park, you will also find the Royal Villa, a historic residence of great artistic and architectural value, open to the public for cultural visits and exhibitions.
The apartment's location offers excellent connections to Milan, thanks to the nearby Monza train station, which allows you to reach Milan Centrale in about 15 minutes by train. By car, Milan can be reached in approximately 20-30 minutes, making the apartment ideal for those who work or have interests in both cities.
In the immediate vicinity of the apartment, there are various services such as supermarkets, shops, restaurants, and bars. For shopping enthusiasts, the "Il Globo" shopping center is easily reachable in a few minutes by car. Additionally, the area is well-served by public transportation, with bus stops a short distance away, allowing easy movement within the city and to neighboring towns.
The public transport stop is about a 5-minute walk from the apartment, providing convenient access to the city center and other areas of Monza. The Monza train station is reachable in 10 minutes by car or public transport. Milan city center is just 30 minutes away by train or car, perfect for those who wish to live in a peaceful area but remain well-connected to the bustling metropolis of Milan.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
