Beautiful one-bedroom apartment in a central area of Milan, in Porta Romana.
Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect for accommodating up to 5 people thanks to the bedroom with a double bed, a single bed, and the sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are well-organized and designed to offer a pleasant stay, whether for short or medium durations. Public transportation stops are just an 8-minute walk from the apartment.

The apartment includes:

🛋️ LIVING AREA: sofa and TV, furniture, air conditioning, table with chairs, and access to the balcony through a glass door.
🪴 BALCONY: small outdoor balcony with a wrought-iron railing.
🛌🏼 BEDROOM: double bed, single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, desk with chair, air conditioning, and a window.
🚿 BATHROOM: sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, and shower.

The apartment is located in a very central area of Milan, well-connected to the rest of the city. The Porta Romana district is one of Milan’s most historic neighborhoods, offering delightful walks where you can immerse yourself in the city’s history, with its magnificent 1920s buildings and traditional "ringhiera" Milanese architecture. The area is well-served by bars, restaurants, tobacconists, pharmacies, and grocery stores.
From the apartment, it is easy to reach all the strategic points of the city: Porta Romana, QC Terme Milano, Bagni Misteriosi (in summer), Teatro Carcano and Franco Parenti, Piazza Duomo, and more. The apartment is situated in a quiet area, providing a pleasant stay while being well-connected to the city’s main attractions.

The Sforza Castle, Sempione Park, and the Arch of Peace.
From Via Dante, you can easily reach Piazza Duomo and the historic streets of Brera.
Don’t miss the Columns of San Lorenzo, which lead to the Darsena and the Navigli canals.
The city’s newer areas include Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its blend of skyscrapers, shops, restaurants, and parks offering a renewed green concept, and the City Life district, where you’ll find the iconic Three Towers, a large wooden shopping mall, restaurants, bars, and a cinema.
Transport and Accessibility:
Public transportation stops are about an 8-minute walk from the apartment, providing easy access to all major city landmarks.
Milan’s Central Train Station can be reached in 15 minutes via public transport or 20 minutes by car.
Piazza Duomo is just 8 minutes away via the M3 Yellow Metro Line.
Linate Airport is approximately 38 minutes away via Milan’s public transport system or just 25 minutes by car.
Street parking is available near the apartment on blue lines (paid parking) or in private paid parking lots. Please note that yellow lines in the area are reserved exclusively for residents.



A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
