Beautiful studio apartment in the northeast area of Milan, near Piazzale Loreto. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect for accommodating up to 4 people. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, whether for short or medium stays. The bus stop is a 3-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of:
🍽️ KITCHEN AREA: with stovetop, sink, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, and window.
🛋️ SLEEPING AND LIVING AREA: double bed, double sofa bed, TV, wardrobe, dining area, air conditioning, and large window.
🚿BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, and shower.
The layout of the spaces comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
The apartment is located in the northeast area of Milan, in the renewed Nord Loreto (No.Lo) neighborhood. The area is well-served by bars, tobacco shops, gyms, sports centers, offices, restaurants, hairdressers, and more.
From the apartment, it is easy to reach the city center of Milan thanks to public transportation, as well as Parco Trotter with its renovated communal spaces.
The tourist points of interest in Milan include: Castello Sforzesco, Parco Sempione, and the Arco della Pace. Following Via Dante, you can easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
The San Lorenzo columns are also a must-see, and by continuing on, you will reach Darsena and the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city include Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, shops, restaurants, and parks promoting a renewed green concept, as well as the City Life complex, where in addition to the 3 sky-high towers, you’ll find a large wooden shopping mall, restaurants, bars, and a cinema.
The apartment is well connected with the rest of the city thanks to Milan’s public transportation.
Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment is the Pasteur stop on the red M1 metro line, which connects perfectly to all the key points of the city.
The Central Train Station is reachable by public transport in just 13 minutes.
Piazza Duomo is 11 minutes away on the M1 red metro line.
Linate Airport can be reached by public transport in about 30 minutes.
Parking is available on the street near the apartment, either on paid blue lines or in private paid parking lots (in this area there are many yellow lines reserved exclusively for residents).
A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
