Wonderful studio apartment, in the southern part of Milan. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a condominium overlooking beautiful green area. Tastefully furnished with all amenities. It is perfect to accommodate 1 or 2 people thanks to the comfortable sofa bed in the living room space.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, whether short or medium term.

The studio apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, microwave. coffee maker and electric kettle.
- LIVING AREA: with raised table, stools, sofa bed, furniture and television.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities, sink, mirror and shower.
There is also air conditioning service.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 2 people to be accommodated comfortably.

The apartment is in the southern area of Milan.
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and tobacco shops. The nearest supermarket is the Carrefour.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with all amenities.

The 24 streetcar stop is just a stone's throw from the apartment and allows you to get to the center of Milan in no time.
The Central Train Station is easily by changing then to the M3, yellow line, from the Crocetta stop, a total of 30 minutes.
There is also the 95 bus within walking distance of the house, which allows you to get to Milan Rogoredo train station in only 20 minutes.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment.

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
