Very big apartment in northwest Milan, in the Gallaratese neighborhood, furnished with everything you need. It is located on the ground floor and is easily accessible. It turns out to be perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people: double room, two rooms with single beds, sofa bed in the living room, kitchen, bathroom and large and bright hall.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, whether short or medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, table with chairs and various pantries.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: with double bed, chest of drawers with mirror, bajour, large closet and large window.
- LIVING ROOM: with sofa bed, living room furniture, table with 6 chairs.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities, shower and washing machine.
The composition of the space allows to accommodate 4 people comfortably, up to a maximum of 6 with the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is set within a Milanese residential context, a stone's throw away from the friendly Maialino Park, Cascina Merlata where you can rediscover a taste for nature and conviviality, and finally also the famous Urban Cultural Park, where you can enjoy delicacies and spend carefree moments.

The M1 red subway station San Leonardo Bonola are easily reachable within a 10-minute walk.
The M1 red metro is well connected to both Rho Fiera (in just 10 minutes) and the center and thus Piazza Duomo, a tourist destination, Cadorna Station, which is useful to reach Malpensa Airport by express train.
The Central Train Station can be reached by changing to the green M2 metro line in 30 minutes.

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
