Beautiful spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment in Milan, in the Argonne district, furnished with care and taste. Located within a historic condominium context, it has a green space in the inner courtyard.
It is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 5 people thanks to the double bedroom and single sofa bed, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils,oven, table with chairs and various pantries.
- DOUBLE ROOM: with double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet, mirror.
- LIVING ROOM: with sofa bed, living room furniture, TV, modem, patio door and balcony.
- BATHROOM: with sink, toilet, bidet and bathtub with shower option.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 5 with the single sofa bed and a double sofa bed.

The apartment is in a strategic location, quite close to the center of Milan, the città studi area and halfway between downtown and Linate airport. The area has undergone a recent renovation with the inauguration of the new Argonne metro stop. A stone's throw from the apartment opens up to the greenery of Viale Argonne, where you can spend carefree moments or practice sports. The area is well served by stores, pharmacies, supermarkets and grocery stores, all within walking distance.

The M4 Argonne blue metro station is easily reached within a 10-minute walk.
The new M4 blue metro connected perfectly with Linate Airport and the city center at San Babila Square. From here, Milan's central shopping street, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, opens up to Piazza Duomo.
Central Train Station can be reached by streetcar number 5 in just 20 minutes.

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.
7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
