Very colorful apartment in Milan, between the Lambrate and Città Studi areas, located on the 3rd floor of a building with elevator. Perfect to accommodate 4 people with large double bedroom and sofa bed in the living area.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: with cooking stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils and table with chairs,
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: comfortable double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet and mirror.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, living room furniture with TV and sitting area.
- BATHROOM: sink, mirror, bathroom fixtures and bathtub.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 with the single sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is inside a condominium, between the beautiful neighborhood of Città Studi and the Lambrate area.
The apartment is very close to a section of the Milan Polytechnic University, the ultra-modern and famous Zero Gravity sports center, and several Hospitals and Institutes of national character.
There is a Carrefour Express in the area for convenient grocery shopping, as well as numerous small neighborhood markets. Also on the street are all kinds of services including restaurants, pizzerias, pubs, pharmacies and stores.

The apartment is a 6-minute walk from the M2 subway station, green line: Lambrate. The Lambrate train station tracks are also in the same complex.
The M2 green subway is well connected to Centrale station (only 13 minutes away) and Cadorna Station (20 minutes away) and to the entire Navigli area of Milan at the Porta Genova stop (25 minutes away).
For those arriving by car in Via Bassini, it is possible to park your car on the blue stripes for a fee.


A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
