The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, window.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, table with chairs, refrigerator, furniture, TV set and window.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, window, closet, furniture, single sofa bed and desk..
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and washing machine.
- CORRIDOR: entrance hall with coat rack and shoe rack.
The composition of the space allows for up to 5 people.

The apartment is in a quiet, residential street in Milan's City Hall 3, 50 meters from the Piola subway station (green line).
The area is well served by stores, restaurants, bars and public services. It is within walking distance of the Milan Polytechnic and Città Studi, a university and science hub. It is also close to Lambro Park, one of the largest green parks in the city, where you can take a walk, ride a bike or have a picnic. This apartment is the ideal place for those looking for a refined, comfortable and well-connected accommodation in the heart of Milan.

The apartment is close to the M2 Piola metro stop, green line, which connects quickly with both the Central Train Station (in just 10 minutes) and the Navigli nightlife area (Porta Genova stop in 20 minutes).
There are other public transportation stops, particularly buses 90, 93 and 62, that connect the studio apartment with other parts of the city.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
