Amazing wooden apartment, on two floors with internal staircase, in Bormio at Via Centrale 16. Furnished with care and with the maximum comfort, it is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people thanks to the wonderful double bedroom in the attic and sofa bed in the living room on the ground floor.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, table with chairs, and various pantries. The kitchen is also equipped with a sideboard and a television set.
- DOUBLE ROOM: The large attic room opens after the wooden staircase and reflects the typical mountain style. Double bed, bedside tables, closet and 2 roof windows.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, desk with chair, bookcase and access to the bathroom.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities and shower.
The composition of the space allows 4 people to sleep comfortably, with the sofa bed in the living room and the master bedroom.

The apartment is strategically located to enjoy a fantastic experience in the mountains of Bormio. Just a 2-minute walk from a food market and tobacconist's shop, the center of Bormio and the ski lift can be reached by car in just 5 minutes.
This stay will allow you to immerse yourself in the green and unspoiled nature, the apartment is on a hillock overlooking the town of Bormio among typical mountain houses.
Bormio is famous for its ski resorts, trekking trails and also spa centers, including both the QC Terme with the famous Bagni Vecchi and the Terme di Bormio.

It is possible to park your car in the authorized areas adjacent to the apartment.
Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
