Beautiful wooden apartment, on two floors with internal staircase, in Bormio in Via Centrale 20. Furnished with care and with all the comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people thanks to the beautiful attic with double bedroom and single bed, while on the ground floor there are in addition to the single sofa bed another double bedroom with built-in closet.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Bormio, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: full equipped with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave,table with chairs and various pantries. The kitchen is also equipped with a sideboard and a television set.
- DOUBLE ROOM: large double room with a large bed, bedside tables, wall sconces, built-in closet and window.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, desk with chair, bookcase and access to bathroom.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities, shower and washing machine.
The composition of space allows to accommodate 6 people comfortably, with the single sofa bed in the living room, double bedroom, attic room with double bed and single bed.

The apartment is strategically located to enjoy a fantastic experience in the mountains of Bormio. Just a 2-minute walk from a food market and tobacco shop, the center of Bormio and the ski lift is only a 5-minute drive away.
This stay will allow you to immerse yourself in the green and unspoiled nature, the apartment is on a hillock overlooking the town of Bormio among typical mountain houses.
Bormio is famous for its ski facilities, trekking trails, and also spa centers, including both the QC Terme with the famous Bagni Vecchi and the Terme di Bormio.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
