Wonderful two-room apartment, in the southeast area of Milan, on the thirs floor (no elevator). Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The yellow subway stop, Lodi Tibb, is a 5-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, table with chairs and window.
- LIVING AREA: sofa bed, smart TV, shelves and furniture, floor lamp, front door and large window.
- BEDROOM: large room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet with hangers, mirror, large window and curtains.
- BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower, washing machine and window.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 4 people.

The apartment is located in the southeastern part of Milan, close to the Porta Romana neighborhood. The area is very well served by bars, tobacco shops, gyms, offices, restaurants, hairdressers, etc.
The apartment is close to Fondazione Prada and the future Olympic Athletes' Village, as well as to one of Europe's largest Co-Working spaces, "Talent Garden." The area is constantly evolving and one can appreciate new spaces with futuristic design.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan, thanks to public transportation. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera. Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Just a 5-minute walk from the apartment is the M3 Lodi Tibb yellow metro stop, which allows you to move inside the city quickly.
The Central Train Station is 15 minutes away, while Piazza Duomo is 7 minutes away.
With the 91 bus, it is easy to reach the Navigli of Milan in just 13 minutes.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
