Beautiful apartment, in the west of Milan. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate 4 people with double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, coffee maker, round table with chairs,
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, large and comfortable, television, air conditioning.
- BEDROOM: large room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour and closet. BATHROOM.
- BATHROOM: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and wooden cabinet.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 4 people.

The apartment is located in the western part of the city, in a quiet neighborhood.
The area is very well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets tobacconists and several green parks.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, it is also easy to reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Streetcar 12, whose stop is close to the apartment, makes it possible to get right to Piazza Duomo in just 30 minutes, so you can comfortably admire the city's architecture from the streetcar's windows.
The nearby Villapizzone train station gives the possibility to move both to the center of the city and to the hinterland around Milan, and at the same time to quickly reach the Central Train Station, as well as Repubblica Station.
The apartment is convenient for reaching the University Campus of the Milan Polytechnic in Bovisa.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the blue paid stripes or in the private paid parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
