Wonderful apartment in the west of Milan, perfectly connected with the city center. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate 4 people to the double bedroom, the sofa bed and 2 bathrooms. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The public transportation stop is a 2-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of:
- 🍽️ KITCHEN: with stove, hood, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, furniture, table with chairs.
-🛋️ LIVING AREA: large sofa bed, TV, furniture, pictures, decorative details, window, dining area and floor lamp.
-🌛 BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, lights, closet, window, mirror and access to private bathroom in the room.
- 🚿 BATHROOM 1: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.
- 🚾 BATHROOM 1: sink and mirror, sanitary ware, bidet and bathtub.
The composition of space allows up to 4 people to be comfortably accommodated.
The apartment is located in the Ghisolfa residential area.
The area is very well served by local places to have breakfast, lunch or dinner. There are small markets as well as a large supermarket where you can do your shopping. Tobacconists, bars and pharmacies also spring up around the area.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan by public transportation. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
The streetcar 12 stop is only a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
Piazza Duomo and Stazione Centrale are about 30 minutes away by public transportation.
Linate Airport is also connected by public transport and can be reached in 50 minutes.
It is possible to park your car in private paid parking lots. The whole area is particularly dedicated to resident car parking (yellow lines), however, it is possible to find some areas with blue lines on the street for a fee as well.
A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
