Comfortable studio apartment in Milan, Maciachini area on the 3rd floor with elevator, perfect to accommodate 3 people with large sofa bed in the living room area and single armchair that becomes a bed.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant short stay.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN AND LIVING ROOM: with cooking plates, outdoor refrigerator and freezer, cooking utensils, mocha coffee maker and kettle. Table with chairs, sofa bed and TV on the wall.
- DOUBLE BED: very comfortable Ikea sofa bed for one or two people.
- BATHROOM 1: washbasin, sanitary ware, thermo furniture, large shower.
The composition of the space allows you to accommodate 2 people comfortably, up to a maximum of 3 with the single sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is inside a condominium very close to Piazzale Maciachini.
From Via Fiuggi it is easy to reach all services: restaurants, ice cream stores, supermarkets and pizzerias. Near the apartment there is a very large and well-stocked LIDL supermarket.
In the area there are the famous Niguarda Hospital, the huge Parco Nord, the very famous Sala Alcatraz, for events and concerts, and finally also the Buratto Theater.


The apartment is midway between two subway metro stops:
- Maciachini: yellow metro M3
- Istria: lilac metro M5
both are an 8-9 minute walk away.
The yellow M3 metro is well connected to Piazza Duomo (just 19 minutes away) and Milan Central Station (15 minutes away), also the Repubblica stop (16 minutes away) also on the yellow line is an important hub for suburban line trains.
For those arriving by car, Via Fiuggi has blue signs for paid parking spaces.

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
