Beautiful apartment, in the east area in Milan. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate 4 people with a double bed and sofa bed, separated by a beautiful glass door. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils,oven, coffee maker, table with stools.
- LIVING AREA: sofa bed, large and comfortable, television, air conditioning.
- BEDROOM: large room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour, chest of drawers and horizontal mirror.
- BATHROOM: with sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, shower, window
- CORRIDOR: with built-in closet, wifi and washing machine.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 4 people.

The apartment is in the eastern part of Milan, in the Forlanini district, which is halfway between Linate airport and the city center. A location that is strategic.
The area is very well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets tobacconists and the very large Forlanini Park. Great solution if you are looking for a very quiet place.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, it is also easy to reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera. Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli. The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Also very convenient is the new blue metro stop M4 Repetti, with which one can easily reach the center and Piazza Duomo by getting off at the San Babila stop and walking through Corso Vittorio Emanuele II.
Also very convenient for reaching the center is streetcar 27, with which you can cross the city from the east to the central part while being able to admire the cityscape from the windows.

It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents). Sporadically you can also find white stripes, where you can park for free.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
