Wonderful apartment, in the northwest area of Milan. The apartment is located inside a 7-story building with elevator. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 8 people with 2 double beds, two single beds and sofa bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, whether short or medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, kettle, microwave oven, coffee maker, raised table with 4 chairs and window.
- WHITE MATRIMONIAL BEDROOM: double bed, built-in closet, bedside table, window with curtain and en-suite bathroom
- BATHROOM IN ROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.
- WOODEN DOUBLE BEDROOM: with large double bed, bedside tables, coat rack, pictures and window with curtains.
- SINGLE BEDROOM: two single beds, bedside tables, kallax cabinet as a partition, large built-in closet, window with curtains.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet and bathtub with possibility of shower.
-LIVING ROOM: large and comfortable sofa, flat TV set, dining area table with chairs, fireplace, air conditioning, furniture and bookcase. The room is completed by a French window with an outdoor terrace where you can eat thanks to the outdoor table and chairs.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 8 people.

The apartment is in the northwest area of Milan, in a neighborhood full of attractions..
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and tobacco shops. The nearest supermarket is the Carrefour, just on the corner of the street.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with all amenities.
Two subway stops are only a 10-minute walk away and are perfect for getting around within the city. The area is well served with restaurants, tobacco stores, clubs, breakfast bars, pharmacies and stores of all kinds.
The first tourist point of interest near the apartment are both the Monumental Cemetery and Parco Sempione and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante, one can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of the city.
Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers it is possible to find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.


The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by the Lilla M5 metro. It is possible to choose between 2 equidistant stops: Cenisio or Jerusalem.
The Central Train Station can be easily reached in less than half an hour by taking the yellow line and then changing to the lilla.
There are also streetcar stops 12 and 14 within walking distance, allowing you to look at the central areas of the city from a more romantic viewpoint.
It is possible to park your car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
