Wonderful apartment, in the central area of Parco Sempione in Milan. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Public transportation is an 4-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave, coffee maker, table with chairs, kitchen furniture.
- LIVING AREA: sofa bed, furniture, TV, bookcase, dining area with table and chairs. Large window with curtains and wooden staircase.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: access to the bedroom through a beautiful wooden staircase. Inside the room: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet, chest of drawers, large window with curtains and air conditioning. A desk with chair and lamp completes the room.
- BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, shower, washing machine and window.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 4 people.


The apartment is in a very central area of the city within walking distance of the Arco della Pace, with plenty of green areas and the beautiful Sempione Park. The nearest supermarket is the Carrefour, plus the area is full of small artisan stores, grocery stores and greengrocers. Along Corso Sempione, restaurants, pizzerias and trendy places alternate for an aperitif with buffet included. This is definitely one of the nicest places to stay in Milan!
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
Streetcar stops 1 and 19 are a few minutes from the apartment.
The M5 Domodossola lilac metro stop is an 8-minute walk away and connects well with everything else in the city.
The central train station can be reached in 20 minutes by taking bus 43 and then the green metro from the Moscova stop to the Central Station.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
