Apartment in the center of Milan, Tricolor area, in the heart of the city. Perfect to accommodate up to 6 people, with one double bedroom and two sofa beds. The space is organized as best as possible to offer a pleasant short stay in the center of Milan. Renovated and modern apartment with new and fashionable furniture.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, cooking utensils, window, table with chairs and sofa bed.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, window, closet, furniture, sofa bed and mirror.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.
- CORRIDOR: in the space following the entrance you can hang your jackets on the coat rack, there is also a kallax and modem for wi-fi.
The composition of the spaces allows for up to 6 people.

The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Milan.
Restaurants of all types, from traditional cuisine to oriental and fusion flavors, line Viale Premuda and side streets.
The area is well served by supermarkets, including PAM and Viaggiatore Goloso (more gourmet), small food markets, tobacconists, and stores of all types.
Also worth mentioning is COIN, a department store with designer stores, and an exclusive terrace on the top floor, where you can enjoy a chic aperitif!
Along Corso XXII Marzo there are many common brand stores for basic shopping necessities.

Several means of transportation are within walking distance of the apartment. The nearest stop is streetcar 9 and 19, the former providing easy access to both the Central Train Station (20 minutes) and Milan's Darsena and Navigli (25 minutes) that is, the nightlife area between aperitifs and live music.
Milan Cathedral is only an 18-minute walk from the apartment.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
