Nice apartment in one of the central areas of Milan. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The public transportation stop is a 4-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of:
- 🍽️ KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, table with chairs.
-🛋️ LIVING AREA: sofa bed, smart TV and windows with curtains. From the living room opens the staircase to access the sleeping area.
- 🌛 BEDROOM: double bed, wardrobe and large windows.
- 🚿BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet and bathtub.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 4 people.
The area is really very well served, with bars, pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets, the closest being Penny, Pam Local and Conad.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the renovated Trotter Park, a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Loreto and only a 10-minute drive from Milan Central Station.
Crossing the street you can comfortably reach the Mancinelli Campus of the Milan Polytechnic.
Near the apartment we recommend the nightlife around Piazza Morbegno, the area is a hub of several clubs to enjoy excellent cocktails and try the classic Italian aperitivo. Several restaurants on Viale Monza to recommend, among which certainly the typical Sicilian cuisine of "I Pupari."
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan, thanks to public transportation. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation and is in the middle of two metro lines: red metro M1 Pasteur is a 4-minute walk away, while the green line M2 is a 5-minute walk away.
The M1 red metro is well connected to both Piazza Duomo, a tourist destination, and Cadorna Station, which is useful for reaching Malpensa Airport by express train.
The green line connects with the Central Train Station, as well as with Milan's Navigli, a nightlife area for both tourists and locals.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
