Beautiful two-room apartment, in the northern area of Milan, within the Niguarda district. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the living area with the sofa bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Streetcar and bus stops are very close, just a 2-minute walk away.
The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave oven, coffee maker, kettle, table with chairs, sofa bed, and air conditioning.
- BEDROOM: large room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet, chest of drawers, air conditioning and large window.
- BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, radiator and shower.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 4 people.
The apartment is located in the northern part of Milan,within the Niguarda neighborhood.
The area is very well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, tobacco shops and some green areas that connect to the large North Park of Milan.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, it is also easy to reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera. Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli. The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Just a 2-minute walk from the apartment is the Tram 4 stop, which allows you to reach the city center, also being able to admire the view on the way.
Also at the same stop, bus 42 directly connects the apartment with the Central Train Station in just 30 minutes.
In addition, bus 51 connects the apartment with the more modern area of Isola, where young people gather in the evenings among bars, restaurants and nightclubs.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
