Studio apartment in Milan, in the renovated Porta Romana area, perfect to accommodate 1 or 2 people maximum.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan.

The studio apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN CORNER: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils. Small table with chairs, double bed, mirrored closet, coat rack and TV.
- BATHROOM: sink in the ante-bathroom area, sanitary ware, thermo-furniture and shower.
The composition of the space allows to accommodate 2 people comfortably.

The apartment is inside a period building in the heart of Porta Romana. In the beautiful Via Orti there are all services: restaurants, ice cream parlors, boutiques and pizzerias. Further along Corso di Porta Romana are markets, pharmacies and much more.
The area is also very famous for two other important facilities: QC Terme, a spa complex for relaxation and quiet days, and Bagni Misteriosi, a renovated outdoor pool perfect during summer stays.

The M3 yellow metro stops Porta Romana and Crocetta, are both an 8-7 minute walk away.
The M3 yellow subway is well connected to Piazza Duomo (only 10 minutes away) and Milan Central Station (16 minutes away); the Repubblica stop (15 minutes away), also on the yellow line, is an important hub for suburban line trains.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.

A baby crib is provided only with advance request.
