Spacious apartment in south Milan area in Via Pampuri, tastefully furnished and located on the 2nd floor of the building.
It is perfect to accommodate 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, table and chairs. From the kitchen there is access through the French window to the long balcony outside, where there is also a small table and chairs for enjoying quiet moments.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, TV, furniture, shelves and window.
- BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet and window.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, sanitary ware and shower.
The composition of the space allows 4 people to sleep comfortably.

Vigentino is a popular neighborhood of Milan located in the southern part of the city. The area is characterized by the presence of several green areas and is just outside the city chaos, although it is very close. The center is easily reached by streetcar 24, which connects the apartment with Piazza Duomo.
The neighborhood is equipped with services such as bars, restaurants and gas stations.

The closest public transportation to the apartment is streetcar 24, which takes you to Piazza Duomo in 30 minutes.
If you arrive by car, you can park in the various parking lots around the apartment area.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
