Beautiful two-story apartment in Lissone. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people with the double bed and the sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Quiet surroundings and parking under the house.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: new furniture with stove, cooking utensils, oven, large table with chairs and various pantries.
- LIVING ROOM: large sofa that converts into bed, very comfortable, TV, air conditioning, wifi, large window with curtains.
- BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet with sliding doors, chest of drawers, French window with access to outdoor area.
- BATHROOM: sink with mirror, toilet, bidet, shower and French door with access to outdoor area.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 4 people.

The apartment is in a very convenient area of Lissone, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The area of downtown Lissone is well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets, tobacco shops and parks.
Great solution if you are looking for a very central place where you can spend quiet days.

The apartment is also well connected with public transport, just 10 minutes walk you can reach the train station of Lissone Muggiò. By train you can also reach the center of Milan in just 40 minutes.
The apartment is only 1.3 km from the San Gerardo Hospital in Monza, it is also close to the Monza Park, in fact in only 10 minutes by car you can reach the Monza Autodrome.
For those who reach the apartment by car, it is possible to park for free in the free parking spaces in front of the house.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
