Beautiful apartment designed with taste, color and design. The apartment is located in the southeast area of Milan, in the Brenta neighborhood. It is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.


The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with fully equipped kitchen, stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, coffee maker, table with chairs.
- LIVING AREA: sofa bed, furniture, TV, desk with chair and large window.
- MEZZANINE: from the staircase you can access the mezzanine in which there is a double bed, bedside tables and air conditioning
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities, sink, round mirror and shower.
There is also air conditioning service.
The composition of the space allows to accommodate a maximum of 4 people comfortably.

The apartment is in the southeastern part of Milan, in a multicultural neighborhood.
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and tobacco shops. The nearest supermarket is Conad, right outside the Corvetto metro.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with all amenities.

The yellow metro stop M3 CORVETTO or BRENTA are equidistant from the apartment and allow you to get to the center of Milan in a short time (7 min).
The Central Train Station is also on the M3 yellow line and can be conveniently reached in 20 min max.
A short walk from the house there is also the 95 bus stop that allows you to get to the Milano Rogoredo train station, in just 7 min.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue lines.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
