Apartment in the center of Milan, Navigli area, in the heart of tourist and nightlife and aperitif culture. Perfect to accommodate 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. The space is organized at its best to offer a pleasant short stay in the center of Milan.

The studio apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, window, table with chairs, kettle, coffee maker and microwave.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, TV on the wall, table with chairs, French window and balcony.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, window, closet, shelves, desk and chair.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, bidet and bathtub for shower.
The composition of the space allows 4 people to sleep comfortably.

The apartment is very close to the Darsena and Naviglio Grande, the center of great nightlife in Milan. The area is full of restaurants, bars, places for buffet aperitifs, fast food and takeaways. Small boutiques and trendy clothing venues alternate in the streets and among eateries. There are small markets for grocery shopping, the nearest being Carrefour Express.
Within walking distance there is the Diocesan Museum with countless exhibitions especially of photography, the Colonne di San Lorenzo meeting place for young people, MUDEC or the museum of cultures, several venues and spaces for private events, offices of multinationals and the whole Tortona District or the best design spaces in Milan.

The apartment is strategically very well connected with public transportation in Milan. Just a few steps away is the green M2 Sant'Agostino metro, which allows you to cross the entire city to the Central Train Station, Garibaldi Station, and even Cadorna Station.
The main tourist destinations in the city are connected with the M2 metro, and the same intersects with all the remaining lines to be able to easily reach any area of Milan.
There are many private and paid parking lots in the area for those reaching the apartment by car.


A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
