Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate up to 6 people with a double bed, two single beds and a sofa bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, whether short or medium term.
The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, sink, dishwasher, hood, refrigerator, cooking utensils, table with chairs, and TV.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, large and comfortable, TV, air conditioning, large window with access to outside balcony, where there is a small table with chairs.
- BEDROOM: large room with double bed, bedside tables, bajour and two single foldaway beds, window with shutters.
- BATHROOM: ante-bathroom with sink and mirror, followed by toilet, bidet, shower, heated towel rail and large window.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 6 people.
The apartment is in one of the central areas of Milan, in a very lively neighborhood.
The area is very well served: there are bars, restaurants, supermarkets tobacconists, boutiques, stores and parks.
Great solution if you are looking for a very central place where you can spend quiet days.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the Darsena and the Navigli of Milan, nightlife area.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will take you through the entire shopping area of Via Torino to Piazza Duomo.
Tourist points of interest to follow are: Castello Sforzesco, the historic streets of Brera, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.
The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Streetcars 2 and 14 allow you to travel to the most central area of the city, so you can comfortably visit all the tourist destinations.
Streetcar 9 perfectly connects the entire city in a circular direction and makes it possible to reach the Central Train Station in about 30 minutes.
Also very convenient is the green M2 metro stop Sant'Agostino, with which you can reach Cadorna Station, Sempione Park, Garibaldi Train and Metro Station, the Gae Aulenti district, and finally the Central Train Station.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).
