The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, cooking utensils, microwave, fireplace and window.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: with double bed, bookcase, closet, air conditioning and overlooking the living room.
- LIVING ROOM: with large sofa and coffee tables, built-in TV, window with curtain.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities, mirror, shower and washing machine.
The composition of space and the size of the apartment allows it to accommodate 2 people comfortably.

The apartment is very close to the Darsena and the Naviglio Grande, where Milan's main nightlife movida takes place. Also within walking distance is the Museo Diocesano, with countless exhibitions, and the Colonne di San Lorenzo, a hangout for young people. The apartment's location makes it easy to reach the Basilica of Sant'Ambrogio, Milan Cathedral, Castello Sforzesco and many other tourist attractions in the city.
The area is very well served by places to have breakfast, lunch, or dinner. There are small markets for shopping and also tobacconists, bars and pharmacies.

Streetcar 15, connects the apartment with the Duomo.
Streetcar 9 goes around the city, touching its main points and allows you to get as far as Central Station.
The nearest metro stops are CROCETTA (yellow line stop) and further away also PORTA GENOVA (green green line). Both connect directly to the Central Train Station.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
