Beautiful studio apartment within walking distance of the Martesana canal. In a very quiet and residential area, with stores and green areas. Tastefully furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate 2 people thanks to the double bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Public transportation is just a couple of minutes away.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AREA: with stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, oven, coffee maker, kitchen furniture, living area with table and chairs.
- NIGHT AREA: double bed, closet with doors, TV, air conditioning and two windows.
- BATHROOM: sink and mirror, toilet, bidet, large shower.
The composition of the space allows for a maximum of 2 people.

The apartment is in a residential part of the city, not far from the beautiful Martesanam Canal where a walk to Martyrs of Freedom Iraqi Victims of Terrorism Park is recommended.
The area is full of small markets where you can also buy food and drinks. Fruit vendors, tobacco shops, grocery stores, butchers, restaurants, pubs and café bars also alternate.
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The apartment is within walking distance of the 53 and 56 bus stop, which connect toward the city center.
The Crescenzago green subway is well connected both with the Central Train Station (25 min), a neuralgic point of transport interchange, and with Cadorna Station (35 min), which is useful to reach Malpensa Airport by express train.
To reach Piazza Duomo, it is necessary to change to the red M1 line at the Loreto metro stop.
With the M2 green line is you can comfortably get to the Porta Genova stop, the main place of Milan's nighttime tourist movida.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).
