Large and wonderful apartment, in the northwest area of Milan. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bedroom, the small bedroom with sofa bed. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. Public transportation is an 8-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, sink, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, oven, microwave, coffee maker, table with chairs, TV on the wall, kitchen furniture.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, furniture, TV, bookcase, dining area with table and chairs. The large French window, with curtains, provides access to the outside balcony.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet, mirror, chest of drawers, large window with curtains and air conditioning.
- BEDROOM WITH SOFA BED: sofa bed, desk with chair, bajour, window with curtains.
- BATHROOM: sink and mirror, bidet, toilet, bathtub with shower, washing machine and window.
- BALCONY: outdoor area furnished with small table and chairs.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 4 people.


The apartment is in the northwest part of the city,in a very residential neighborhood with lots of green spaces and large parks. The nearest supermarket is Carrefour, on the way to public transportation.
The subway is only an 8-minute walk from the apartment and provides access to the center of Milan and all major tourist points of interest.
Tourist points of interest in Milan are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing along Via Dante, you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Absolutely not to be missed are also the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will take you to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The red M1 URUGUAY subway station is easily reached on foot in less than 8 minutes and connects with the Piazza del Duomo, i.e., the city center, in just 24 minutes. The central station can be reached in 35 minutes, changing to the Duomo with the yellow metro line.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, also no animals are allowed.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins
