Beautiful renovated and bright two rooms apartment in Milan, Calvairate area near the renowned Porta Romana, finely furnished, located on floor -1.
It is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people thanks to 1 double bedroom and living room with sofa bed.
From the living area, next to the kitchen, there is access to an ante-bathroom with sink and mirror, then opens the bathroom area with sanitary ware and a beautiful shower with marble and glass doors.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, oven, mocha, kettle, table with chairs and various pantries.
- DOUBLE ROOM: with double bed, bedside tables, closet, large windows and heating.
- LIVING ROOM: raised lounge area with sofa bed, lounge furniture, big TV.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet and shower.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 with the open sofa bed in the living room.

The area around Via Val Strona in Milan is a residential and commercial area located in the northwestern part of the city. It is a quiet neighborhood and well served by public transportation, with several bus and streetcar stops nearby.
The apartment is in a location quite close to the center of Milan, the Porta Romana area, and several green parks.
Close to the apartment there is a big Carrefour supermarket for all kinds of groceries, the area is also well served by stores, pharmacies and grocery stores.

The area around Via Val Strona in Milan is well served by public and private transportation. There are several bus lines connecting the area with the city center and suburbs, including line 90/91, line 92, and line 84. The area is easily accessible by car due to its proximity to the eastern ring road and the A4 Turin-Venice highway. The area also has bike lanes and bicycle parking.
Streetcar stop 16 is only a 2-minute walk away.
The nearest metro stop is the M3 yellow line, which connects perfectly with Piazza Duomo (20 mi), Repubblica, and Stazione Centrale (30 min).
The Central Train Station is also easily accessible by bus 90 or 92, both of which pass very close to the apartment.

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
