Cozy apartment, in the southeastern part of Milan. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building with elevator. Furnished with all amenities, it is perfect to accommodate 4 people with double bed and sofa bed in the living room..
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, microwave, table with chairs and wall clock.
- BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables,bajour, closet, carpet, large window with curtains.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, TV, furniture, desk and chair, balcony with small table and chairs
- BATHROOM: with double sink and mirror, toilet, bidet and shower.
The composition of the space allows a maximum of 4 people comfortably.

The apartment is in the southeast area of Milan, in a multicultural neighborhood.
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and tobacco shops. The nearest supermarket is Conad, right outside the Corvetto metro.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with all amenities.

The yellow metro stop M3 CORVETTO is just a short walk from the apartment and allows you to get to the center of Milan in a short time (7 min).
The Central Train Station is also on the M3 yellow line and can be reached comfortably in 20 min max..
A short walk from the house there is also the 95 bus stop, which allows you to get to the Milano Rogoredo train station, in just 7 min.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue lines.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
