Beautiful apartment, in the north of Milan, on the first ground. Furnished with all comforts, it is perfect to accommodate large groups, up to 10 people The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term. The Bicocca stop, of the lilla metro, is a 6-minute walk away.

The apartment consists of:
- 🍽️ KITCHEN: with stove, sink, dishwasher, refrigerator, cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, table with chairs and window.
- 🛋️ LIVING AREA: sofa bed, smart TV, air conditioning and large window with curtains.
- 🌛 BEDROOM 1: room with double bed, bedside tables, lights, closet with hangers, large window and curtains.
- ⭐ BEDROOM 2: This room is accessed by descending a staircase, at the end of which is a double bed, closet, desk with chair and air conditioning.
- 🛌🏼 BEDROOM 3: This room is accessed by climbing a staircase to the loft. The space is furnished with a double bed, bedside tables, lights, chest of drawers, air conditioning and TV on the wall.
- 🚿 BATHROOM 1: sink and mirror in the ante-bathroom area, followed by toilet, bidet, shower.
- 🚾 BATHROOM 2: sink and mirror, sanitary ware, bidet, shower.
The composition of the spaces allows a maximum of 10 people to be accommodated.

The apartment is located in the northern part of Milan, between the Niguarda and Bicocca neighborhoods. The area is very well served by bars, tobacco shops, bakeries, gyms, offices, hairdressers, etc. The North Park is very close to the apartment and stretches northward among beautiful green lawns, tall trees and ponds with ducks and swans.
From the apartment it is easy to reach the city center of Milan, thanks to public transportation. Tourist points of interest are: Castello Sforzesco, Sempione Park, and the Arco della Pace. Continuing down Via Dante you can also easily reach Piazza Duomo and all the historic streets of Brera.
Also absolutely worth seeing are the columns of San Lorenzo, continuing which will lead to the Darsena and then to the Milanese Navigli.
The newest areas of the city are respectively Piazza Gae Aulenti, with its mix of skyscrapers, stores, restaurants and parks for a renewed green concept, or the whole City Life complex, also here in addition to the 3 sky-defying Towers you can find a large all-wood shopping center, restaurants, bars and cinemas.

The apartment is well connected to the rest of the city by public transportation.
Just a 6-minute walk from the apartment is the Bicocca stop of the M5 lilac metro, which allows you to move inside the city quickly.
The Central Train Station is 25 minutes away, while Piazza Duomo is 30 minutes away.
Linate Airport is 1 hour from the apartment by public transportation.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment, on the paid blue stripes or in the paid private parking lots (in this area there are many yellow stripes dedicated only and exclusively to residents).

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
