Spacious apartment in the Città Studi area, on Viale Abruzzi in Milan, very close to Milan's shopping center.
It turns out to be perfect to accommodate 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the comfortable sofa bed.
The space is well organized to offer a pleasant short stay in the center of Milan.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, microwave and various pantries.
- LIVING ROOM: large and comfortable sofa bed, bookcase,TV and various windows.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, mirrors, desk, chair, window and direct entrance to the apartment's bathroom.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, bathroom fixtures, shower, radiator and window.
The composition of the space allows to comfortably accommodate 4 people.

The apartment is in one of the central areas of Milan, in the important Viale Abruzzi.
In the area there are various restaurants, pizzerias, places for vegetarians and many possibilities to enjoy an excellent aperitif. We recommend passing through via Melzo, a renewed nightlife street in the neighborhood.
Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping streets, is a short walk from the apartment. Nearby is one of the city's main green areas: the Indro Montanelli Park, within which, in addition to the Science Museum, there is also the Milan Planetarium.
The area is well served by supermarkets, the nearest being Carrefour Express.


The red subway stop M1 LIMA is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, the same line provides easy access to Milan Cathedral in just 10 minutes.
A short walk from the apartment is also the streetcar stop: 5, 19 and 33 that connect with the whole city As also the 66, 90 and 91 bus.
For those who reach the area by car, it is possible to park in private paid parking lots or in some few areas on the blue stripes, also paid.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
