Amazing flat in Milan, Garibaldi district. The whole space is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people. There are all comforts for a pleasant stay in Milan, both medium and short term.
The apartment is set in the context of a very particular historical "ringhiera" building and is located in front of the residential complex of the famous Bosco Verticale, between Isola and Garibaldi areas, a destination for tourists and designer.
The surrounding area is very very well connected with public transport, subway and bus allow to reach any area of Milan very quickly.

The apartment is a single open space, the central fireplace perfectly divides the kitchen space from the sleeping area.

You can find:
- KITCHEN ZONE: with everything needed for cooking, refrigerator, freezer, utensils, electric kettle and moka, table with 4 stools.
- LIVING ZONE: two sofas, one of which can be converted into a double bed,
- NIGHT ZONE, with large double bed and access to bathroom
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary facilities, washing machine and thermo furniture.

The composition of space and the size of the apartment allows it to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.

The historic "ringhiera" building is surround by skyscrapers and avant-garde squares. Turning the corner of the door you find yourself immersed in the wonderful city park of BAM, Milan's Library of Trees, and the innovative skyscraper complex of Piazza Gae Aulenti. Infront of the main door you can enjoy the famous "Bosco Verticale", and behind the towers there are restaurants and taverns, as well as nightclubs and bars, of the youthful Isola neighborhood.
The location is great for a stay in the beating heart of the city!

You can easily reach the apartment with several subway lines:
- green line M2: GIOIA stops (PORTA GARIBALDI station is also very close)
- lilac line M5: ISOLA stop

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
