Amazing flat in Milan, center district. The whole space is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people. There are all comforts for a pleasant stay in Milan, both medium and short term.
The apartment is set in the context of a very particular historical "ringhiera" building and is located in front of the residential complex of the famous Bosco Verticale, between Isola and Garibaldi areas, a destination for tourists and designer.
The surrounding area is very very well connected with public transport.

The apartment, on the ground floor and with easy access, is composed as follows:
- LIVING AREA: entrance directly into the bright living room, very high ceilings and large window up to the ceiling. There is also a bookcase and a table with 2 chairs and 2 stools. Double sofa bed that can be opened for a living room for 4 people.
- KITCHEN: stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, electric kettle and mocha. In the center of the kitchen area is an island to be used as a countertop or table on which to eat meals.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: The room is accessed via a wooden staircase with a balustrade; the double bed is located on a beautiful loft. Also present is a closet for sorting clothes and suitcases.
- BATHROOM: all services and a bathtub.
The space composition and size of the apartment allows it to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people comfortably.
The historic railing building is a real gem in this neighborhood composed of many high-rise buildings and new urban green concepts.

The historic "ringhiera" building is surround by skyscrapers and avant-garde squares. Turning the corner of the door you find yourself immersed in the wonderful city park of BAM, Milan's Library of Trees, and the innovative skyscraper complex of Piazza Gae Aulenti. Infront of the main door you can enjoy the famous "Bosco Verticale", and behind the towers there are restaurants and taverns, as well as nightclubs and bars, of the youthful Isola neighborhood.
The location is great for a stay in the beating heart of the city!

You can easily reach the apartment with several subway lines:
- green line M2: GIOIA stops (PORTA GARIBALDI station is also very close)
- lilac line M5: ISOLA stop

The train Station "Milano Porta Garibaldi" is well connected with the main Italy's cities, also is a good solution to visit Como Lake with the train (that will leave you close to the Lake and the historical center).

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
