- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, window, curtain, closet. chest of drawers and en-suite bathroom with bathtub/shower, toilet, mirror and sink.
- SINGLE BEDROOM: two single beds, desk, window and curtain.
- BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet and shower.
- KITCHEN: large and bright space,with stove, refrigerator, cooking utensils, large table with chairs and various pieces of furniture.
The composition of the space allows to comfortably accommodate groups of 8 people.

The apartment is in the central area of Chinatown, a stone's throw from Moscova and Simplon Park.
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and tobacco shops. The nearest market is PENNY, crossing the main street of Bastioni di Porta Volta.
There are numerous places of interest around the Moscova area: from Cimitero Monumentale to Fabbrica di Vapore, Fondazione Feltrinelli and Porta Garibaldi.
The Paolo Sarpi area is full of nightlife venues; between wine bars, restaurants and places to have a drink, fun is guaranteed.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with all amenities.

A 10-minute walk from the apartment you can reach both the green metro stop M2 MOSCOVA and the lilac metro stop M5 Monumentale.
With the metro you can easily reach several important points of the city: the Navigli of Porta Genova, the Church of Sant'Ambrogio, the Museum of Science, the Central Train Station all always in 15-20 minutes.
Within walking distance of the apartment are other public transportation such as the streetcar 5 that allows you to cross the entire city center, streetcar 4, and streetcar 19.
The apartment is strategically connected to the whole city of Milan.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
