Beautiful spacious and bright one-bedroom apartment in Milan, in the Argonne district, furnished with care and taste. Located within a historic condominium context, it has a green space in the inner courtyard.
It is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people thanks to the double bedroom, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and kitchen.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, various pantries and washing machine.
- NIGHT AREA: the mezzanine floor is accessed by a beautiful wooden staircase, at the end of which are arranged the double bed, bedside tables, bajour and chest of drawers.
- LIVING ROOM: with sofa bed, living room furniture, TV, modem, table with chairs, window, staircase to access the sleeping area.
- BATHROOM: with sink, toilet, bidet and large shower.
The composition of the spaces allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 with the sofa bed.

The apartment is in a luxury and central location, strategic to reach all tourist areas
The area has undergone a recent renovation thanks to the inauguration of the new M4 metro stops that connect Linate Airport with the city center at the San Babila stop. A stone's throw from the apartment opens up the green Viale Argonne, where you can spend carefree moments or practice sports. The area is well served by stores, pharmacies, supermarkets and grocery stores, all within walking distance.

The M4 Dateo blue metro station is easily reached in a 4-minute walk.
The new M4 blue metro connects perfectly with Linate Airport and the city center at Piazza San Babila, where Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, the nerve center of shopping, opens. Taking a leisurely stroll through the Corso's stores, it is possible to reach Piazza Duomo in a short time and continue through Via Dante to Castello Sforzesco.
The Central Train Station can be reached by streetcar number 5 in just 20 minutes.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
