Cozy three-room apartment in Milan, on the Naviglio della Martesana canal, on the 2nd floor of a small building. Perfect to accommodate 4 people with large sofa bed in the living room area and spacious double bedroom.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, mocha and kettle and table with chairs.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: comfortable double bed, bedside tables, bajour, desk with chair, two-seater sofa, closet and mirrors.
- LIVING ROOM: lounge furniture, circular table with chairs, black piano.
- BATHROOM: sink, sanitary ware, thermo furniture, shower.
- BALCONY: with chair for relaxation.
The composition of space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 with the single sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is inside a condominium very close to the famous Naviglio della Martesana canal, with plenty of greenery and parks for relaxing in nature.
Along the Naviglio it is possible to walk, play sports or ride a bike. Also along the Naviglio della Martesana it is possible to have lunch or dinner thanks to the nice restaurants or farmsteads, the closest are definitely Tipografia Alimentare and Taverna Greca Mykonos.
Nearby there are several small markets, some PENNY and also a well-stocked Carrefour Supermarket.

The apartment is a 15-minute walk from two subway stops:
- M1 red line: Turro
- M3 green line: Crescenzago
The M1 red metro is well connected to Piazza Duomo (only 28 minutes away) and Cadorna Station (15 minutes away).
The green metro is better connected with Central Train Station (22 minutes) or Porta Genova (28 minutes) to visit the center of Milan's nightlife, namely Navigli and Darsena.
For those arriving by car in Via Privata Treviso, you can park your car without any problems.

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
