Beautiful loft in Via Neera, Naviglio Pavese area, in Milan. The apartment is located on the ground floor of a building. Furnished with design and attention, it is perfect to accommodate up to 3-4 people thanks to the loft double bed and the sofa bed in the living room area.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: Kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils and microwave. Living room with table and chairs, sofa bed, modem, large TV and access to the loft bed from a beautiful white wooden staircase, which doubles as a bookcase.
- NIGHT AREA: lofted double bed, bedside tables, bajour, coat rack , window with curtains, compartmentalized kallax.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary ware, sink, mirror and shower.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4.

The apartment is in the southern part of the city, in the renovated Navigli area of Milan, is located within a residential neighborhood, in the Stadera area.
The Naviglio Pavese is only a 5-minute walk away, continuing along the Naviglio it is possible to reach the Milan Darsena, a nightlife area for young people and tourists.
There are many green areas nearby, including Chiesa Rossa Park, which flows into the nearby Naviglio Pavese.
The area is well served by supermarkets, the nearest being Lidl, restaurants, bars, markets and bakeries. Great solution if you are looking for tranquility and proximity to transportation.

The green subway stop M2 ABBIATEGRASSO is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the same line allows easy access to Central Station in 25 minutes.
A few steps away from the loft is also the N15 stop, which allows you to move quietly during the night hours.

It is possible to park your car in a dedicated blu parking stripes near the apartment.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.

A baby crib is provided only with advance request.
