Wonderful loft in the effervescent NO.LO neighborhood in Milan, tastefully furnished thanks to a mix of colors and furniture in the various rooms. It turns out to be perfect to accommodate 2 people thanks to the double bedroom in the upper floor accessed by an iron staircase. The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with cooking plates, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, microwave, mocha, and table with chairs.
- BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, closet, chest of drawers, desk with chair, access to bathroom.
- BEDROOM BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet and shower.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably.

The former slaughterhouse area of Milan has undergone urban redevelopment in recent years, transforming an industrial area into a more modern and livable neighborhood.
The Ex Slaughterhouse is located in the southwest area of Milan, in the vicinity of Porta Romana. This area has undergone significant transformations, with new urban planning projects leading to the creation of multifunctional and residential spaces.

The proximity to Porta Romana adds a lively touch with its many restaurants, bars, stores, cultural spaces, art galleries, small theaters, and nightclubs such as Goganga.
There are also many new areas with green areas; close to the apartment is easily accessible Insubria Park and a little further on are Piazzale Ferdinando Martini and Vittorio Formentano Park.

The apartment is very well connected with public transportation, you can move freely within the city by all means: bus, metro and streetcar.
The streetcar 16 stop is right in front of the house and allows you to get to the center of Milan, all the way to Piazza Duomo, in just 20 minutes.
The Central Train Station is also easily reached by bus 91 or 92, both of which pass very close to the apartment.
It is possible to park your car on the street near the apartment.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
