Wonderful one-bedroom apartment in the new neighborhood of NO.LO in Milan on Viale Monza, tastefully furnished inside a beautiful railing building.It turns out to be perfect to accommodate 1 or 2 people thanks to the double bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with cooking plates, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, oven, mocha, kettle and round table with chairs.- BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, coat rack, en-suite bathroom, wall TV, air conditioning, window and curtains.
- BEDROOM BATHROOM: with sink, mirror, toilet, water heater, shower, washing machine and heated towel rail.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably.

The area is really very well served, with bars, pizzerias, restaurants, bakeries, pastry shops and supermarkets, the closest being Penny, Pam Local and Conad.
The apartment is a stone's throw from the renovated Trotter Park, a 15-minute walk from Piazzale Loreto and only a 10-minute drive from Milan Central Station.
Crossing the street you can conveniently reach the Mancinelli Campus of the Milan Polytechnic.Near the apartment we recommend the nightlife around Piazza Morbegno, the area is a hub of several clubs to enjoy excellent cocktails and try the classic Italian aperitivo. Several restaurants on Viale Monza to recommend, among them certainly the typical Sicilian cuisine of "I Pupari."

The one-bedroom apartment is located in the middle of two metro lines: red metro M1 Pasteur is a 2-minute walk away, while the green line M2 is a 5-minute walk away.
The M1 red metro is well connected to both Piazza Duomo, a tourist destination, and Cadorna Station, which is useful for reaching Malpensa Airport by express train.
The green line connects with the Central Train Station, as well as with Milan's Navigli, a nightlife area for both tourists and locals.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
