Luxury apartment in Milan, in Primaticcio district. The four-room apartment, with all kind of comfort and attention to detail, is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 6 people, thanks to 2 double beds and 2 single beds.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan.

The four-room apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, mocha and microwave. From the kitchen there is access to the outdoor balcony where there are two armchairs.
- LIVING ROOM: comfortable yellow sofa, large TV, bookcase and designer lamps.
- LARGE BATHROOM: with sanitary ware and bathtub.
- SMALL BATHROOM: with sanitary ware and shower.
- BLUE MATRIMONIAL BEDROOM: large bed, bedside tables and bajour, closet, mirror and window with light blue curtain.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: large bed, bedside table, desk with chair, window, chest of drawers and lamp. On the entrance to the room is a walk-in closet.
- SINGLE BEDROOM: single bed, closet and single chair that becomes a single bed.
The composition of the space allows to accommodate 6 people comfortably.

The apartment is an 8-minute walk from the M1 Primaticcio red subway station.
The area is well served by stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, various services.
Several parks and green areas open up within walking distance, making the residential area pleasant.
Duomo is only 15 minutes away by the M1 red subway, as is Milan's CastelloSforzesco.

The four-room apartment is located near the M1 red metro Primaticcio and is an 8-minute walk away.
The M1 red metro is well connected to both Piazza Duomo, a tourist destination, and Cadorna Station, which is useful for reaching Malpensa Airport by express train.
Changing to the green line, it is possible to reach the Central Train Station in 30 minutes, as well as Milan's Navigli, a nightlife area for both tourists and locals.

The apartment is on the 5th floor, served with a convenient elevator, and is equipped with air conditioning.

A crib is provided only by advance request, with an extra €30 cash fee.

7 days before arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal. This procedure is necessary to verify data and documents and to send the information to the police service "Alloggiati Web," which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy. Completing the registration is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and access the apartment.
When you check in, you will be required to show photo ID and sign a contract, as required by Italian rental regulations.
Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. In case of violation an amount of 200€ will be charged. There is a smoke\monossido detector in the apartment.
Pets are not allowed. If the apartment booked is pet-friendly, admission is subject to request and will be notified of a cleaning fee and a €200 deposit in case of any damages.
Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).
Summer: the average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all building types.
Winter: the weighted average of air temperatures must not exceed 19°C.
The ignition period and daily ignition duration depend on the climate zone defined in the regulations.
Milan Climate Zone E: 14 hours per day from October 15 to April 15.
No parties or smoking is allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature, care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, that is, from 10 pm to 7 am.
Check-ins beyond 21 until 23.00 will require an extra charge of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a charge of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
