Wonderful apartment, Naviglio Grande area, on Carlo D'Adda street. The apartment is located inside a building, on the second floor with lift. Tastefully furnished, it is perfect to accommodate up to 5 people thanks to the two double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room area.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, whether short or medium term.

The apartment is divided in:
- KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils. Sitting area with table and chairs, modem sofa bed, furniture, large TV and access to hallway.
- GREEN BEDROOM: double bed, chest of drawers, large mirrored closet, window and curtains
- BLUE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, mirror, window with curtains, closet, chest of drawers, desk and ergonomic chair.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary ware, sink, mirror and shower.
- BALCONY: small balcony with small table and two chairs for maximum relaxation.
The composition of the space allows 4 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 5.

The apartment is in the southern part of the city, in the renovated Navigli area of Milan, is located within a residential neighborhood, in the area of San Cristoforo sul Naviglio.
The Naviglio Grande is only a 10-minute walk away, continuing on the Naviglio it is possible to reach the Darsena di Milano, a nightlife area for young people and tourists.
Nearby are two important green areas: the Baden Powell Park and the Segantini Park, where you can take pleasant walks.
Also nearby are: IULM University and the New Academy of Fine Arts.
The area is well served by supermarkets, the nearest being Esselunga, restaurants, bars, markets, museums and tourist attractions. It is one of the best areas to experience the vibes of the city.

The M2 ROMOLO green subway stop is a 9-minute walk from the apartment; the same line provides easy access to Central Station in 25 minutes.
Also in close proximity to the metro is the Romolo Train Station, which connects the city with the inter-urban area.
Circular bus number 91 passes right in front of the house, as does streetcar number 2, which is very useful for traversing the city.


A baby crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
