Wonderful apartment, Tortona area, in Savona street. The apartment is located inside a new building. Tastefully furnished, it is perfect to accommodate up to 6 people thanks to the two double bedrooms and the sofa bed in the living room area.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils. Sitting area with table and chairs, sofa bed, modem, furniture, TV and access to balcony from kitchen.
- GREEN BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closets, desk with chair, window and curtains
- BLUE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, chest of drawers, coffee table, mirror, window with curtains, closet.
- BATHROOM 1: with all bathroom fixtures, sink, mirror and shower.
- BATHROOM 2: The green room has an en-suite bathroom with sanitary ware, sink, mirror and shower.
The composition of the space allows 4 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 6.

The apartment is in the southern part of the city, in the effervescent context of Tortona, a design area with numerous locations for events.
The Naviglio Grande is a 5-minute walk away, continuing on the Naviglio you can reach Milan's Darsena, a nightlife area for young people and tourists.
The area is well served by supermarkets, the nearest being Tigros, restaurants, bars, markets, museums and tourist attractions. It is one of the best areas to experience the vibrancy of the city.

The green subway stop M2 PORTA GENOVA is easily reached by streetcar 14, which passes right under the house, and continuing on the streetcar also takes only 25 minutes to the center of Milan, Piazza Duomo.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
