Luxury apartment on Via Tito Livio, in the southeastern part of Milan. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, with elevator, of an apartment building. It is tastefully furnished with technological innovations for a maximum comfort experience. It turns out to be perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 8 people thanks to the double bedroom, the room with 3 single beds, the sofa bed in the living room and the single armchair.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils and coffee maker.
- LIVING ROOM: with table and chairs, sofa bed, furniture and TV set.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet, window and electric shutters.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: with three single bunk beds, closets, window and electric shutters.
- BATHROOM 1: with all sanitary facilities, sink, mirror, hair dryer and bathtub.
- BEDROOM BATHROOM: with toilet, sink, mirror and glass shower.
All rooms have wall-mounted air conditioning vents, which are turned on at the same time to give a pleasant feeling of well-being in all rooms.
The composition of the spaces allows 5 people to be accommodated comfortably, up to a maximum of 8 with the double sofa bed and single sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is in the southern part of Milan, close to the Porta Romana neighborhood.
The area is well served for all needs by bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, and tobacco shops. The nearest supermarket is the Carrefour, crossing the street.
Great solution if you are looking for a quiet place, close to transportation and with maximum amenities.


The streetcar 16 stop is right in front of the house and allows you to get to the center of Milan.
The Central Train Station is also easily accessible by bus 90 or 92, both of which pass very close to the apartment.
It is possible to park the car on the street near the apartment.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
