Luxury apartment on Via Gaudenzi Ferrari, located in the Navigli area of Milan. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building. Furnished with extreme taste for an experience at the highest comfort. It is perfect to accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people thanks to the double bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, whether short or medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: with stove, refrigerator and cooking utensils.
- LIVING ROOM: with extendable table and chairs, sofa bed, coat rack, cabinet and TV set.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet, chairs and window with curtains.
- BATHROOM 1: with all sanitary ware, sink, mirror and shower.
The composition of the space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4.

The apartment is very close to the Darsena and the Naviglio Grande, where Milan's main nightlife movida takes place. Also within walking distance is the Museo Diocesano, with countless exhibitions, and the Colonne di San Lorenzo, a hangout for young people.

Streetcar 15, connects the apartment with the Duomo.
Streetcar 9 goes around the city, touching on its main points, and makes it possible to get as far as Central Station.
The nearest metro stops are CROCETTA (yellow line stop) and further away also PORTA GENOVA (green green line). Both connect directly to the Central Train Station.

A baby-crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
