Wonderful one-bedroom apartment on Via Via Melzo, right in the center of Milan. The apartment is located on the second floor of a beautiful building. Furnished with extreme taste and attention, it is perfect to accommodate up to 4 people thanks to the double bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room area.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay in Milan, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN AND LIVING AREA: new kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven, cooking utensils, and coffee maker. Sitting area with colorful table and chairs, sofa bed, TV set on the wall.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: double bed, bedside tables, bajour, wooden closet with mirrored doors, window with curtains and shutters.
- BATHROOM: with all sanitary ware, sink, mirror and shower.
The composition of space allows 2 people to sleep comfortably, up to a maximum of 4.

The apartment is in the central area of Milan, in the renovated Via Melzo in Milan, a street with restaurants, pizzerias, vegetarian places and many possibilities to enjoy a great aperitif.
Corso Buenos Aires, one of the main shopping streets, is just a few steps from the front door. Via Melzo is very active during the day with all the commercial activities and just as touristy at night, thanks to the clubs that attract young people and tourists.
Nearby is one of the city's main green areas: the Indro Montanelli Park, within which, in addition to the Science Museum, there is also the Milan Planetarium.
The area is well served by supermarkets, the nearest right at the beginning of Via Melzo is Lunes. Great solution if you are looking for an elegant, centrally located place with maximum amenities.

The red subway stop M1 Porta Venezia is a 5-minute walk from the apartment, the same line allows you to easily reach Milan Cathedral in just 10 minutes.
Also within walking distance of the one-bedroom apartment are the streetcar 5 stop, streetcar 9 (great for getting to the Central Train Station) and bus 60.

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
