Luxury two-room apartment in Milan, in beautiful area very close to the center, located on the ground floor of a building. Perfect to accommodate 4 people with double bedroom and sofa bed in the living area.
The spaces are organized and furnished to offer a pleasant stay, both short and medium term.

The apartment consists of:
- KITCHEN: New furniture with stove, refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils and table with chairs.
- DOUBLE BEDROOM: comfortable double bed, bedside tables, bajour, closet and air conditioning.
- LIVING ROOM: sofa bed, living room furniture with TV and air conditioning
- BATHROOM: brand new space, completely renovated with sink, sanitary ware, thermo furniture and large shower.
The composition of the space allows to accommodate 2 people comfortably, up to a maximum of 4 with the single sofa bed in the living area.

The apartment is inside a building, in the immediate vicinity opens the beautiful Wagner district and further on the brand new City Life garden with the three skyscrapers: Generali Tower, Allianz Tower and Libeskind Tower.
The apartment is also quite close to the San Siro Stadium and numerous green parks.
There are several large supermarkets in the area, the closest being Carrefour, as well as numerous small neighborhood markets. Also on the street are all kinds of services including restaurants, pizzerias, pharmacies, and stores.

The apartment is a 7-9 minute walk from two stops of the M1 metro, red line: De Angeli and Amendola.
The M1 red metro is well connected to Piazza Duomo (only 22 minutes away) and Cadorna Station (19 minutes away).
For those arriving by car at 14 Via Ranzoni there are yellow lines for residents, so it is advisable to leave the car elsewhere or in a private pay parking lot.

A crib is provided only with advance request.

Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
