Is very close to the Darsena and the Naviglio Grande, the historic city area, with a lot of clubs and restaurants for aperitifs, buffets and typical italian dinner.

Public transportation, metro & trams, are very close.

The flat is divided into:
- LIVING AREA: with double sofa bed and kitchenette with refrigerator, freezer, cooking utensils, electric kettle and moka coffee maker.
- MATRIMONIAL ROOM: with a double bed
- LARGE ROOM: with double bed and single bed
- BATHROOM: in which there is a bathtub.
The big spaces and the size of the apartment allows you to accommodate 5 people comfortably, up to a maximum of 7 people with the sofa bed that can be opened in the living room.

The apartment is very close to the Darsena and Naviglio Grande, where Milan's main nightlife movida takes place. Also within walking distance there is the Museo Diocesano, with countless exhibitions, and the Colonne di San Lorenzo, a hangout for young people.

Tram number 15, connects the apartment with the Duomo square.
Tram number 9 goes around the city, touching main points and allows you to get as far as Central Station.
The nearest subway metro stops are CROCETTA (yellow line stop) and further away also PORTA GENOVA (green green line). Both are connected to the Central Train Station.

RULES OF THE FLAT
Parties or smoking are not allowed in the apartment. Since the building is residential in nature care must be taken not to make too much noise in the evening hours and during the night, pets are not allowed.
Within 24 hours of booking you will receive instructions to register your documents through our Guest Portal.
This procedure is for us to verify your data and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for lodging guests in Italy.

Turning on and off air conditioning and heating are subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

Check-ins beyond 21 hours until 23.00 will require a supplement of 25 Euro. beyond 23 will have a cost of 40 Euro until 00.30, beyond this time we do not guarantee check-ins.
